Expert Study Groups
The IMO National Expert Study Group has been established as a source of national expertise in addition to the International Panel.
Here, an interdisciplinary exchange on questions of Innovative Ability in a Modern Work Environment takes place. This is effected on the one hand by
annual congresses and on the other hand by the collaboration of experts in four fields of action. Based on individual expertises, at the regular meetings of this research community selected conflict areas, dilemmas and paradoxes are processed in dialog, and research questions, areas of recommended action and possible approaches for transfer are identified with regard to the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research program “Working – Learning – Developing Skills. Potential for Innovation in a Modern Work Environment”.
1. Field of Action "Developing Skills, Work Systems, Work Processes – An Innovative Challenge"
2. Field of Action “Uncertainty Management – Key to Innovation”
