Innovationworkshops
In order to identify successful measures to increase entrepreneurial innovative capacity, the IMO project arranges innovation workshops with small and medium sized companies. The participants of the workshops are company executives as well as representatives of the company’s staff. By means of the “Zukunftskongress” (future congress) methodology, past and current innovation processes are analyzed. Innovationconducive and -repressive measures are identified and located in a systematical model. The obtained findings form the basis for the development of a strategy planning tool to aid in focusing entrepreneurial innovative performance.
