The future of work and learning

The current study "Future of Work and Learning" kicks off a series of structural surveys that are compiled by the International Monitoring Project of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research's research program "Working - Learning - Developing Skills. Potential for Innovation in a Modern Work Environment". The explorative study at the beginning of the project served to get a more precise characterization of the surveyed thematic field through the aid of experts working therein. To this end, national and international experts were asked to name current topics, problem areas, challenges and research demands via a partially standardized online questionnaire.
