"Emergence of Innovation" - International Monitoring Conference 2011
What strategies can enterprises use to sustainably strengthen their innovative capability? What ist he role of innovative capability in dealing with global challenges? These are two of the central questions that were discussed by some 50 national and international experts of innovation research ath the conference "Emergence of Innovation - Dilemmas, Strategies and Global Challenges" that took place in Aachen on October 10 and 11. By means of contributions from research and practice, international keynote speeches and interactive work phases the team of our International Monitoring (IMO) Project in collaboration with the international experts investigated both future challenges and adequate entrepreneurial strategies in an increasingly dynamic and innovation-oriented economic world and future research demands regarding the topic "Innovative Capability".
