To encourage networking, exchange and dialog concerning the topic of Innovative Capability, the IMO project again hosts an International Conference this year. The headline Emergence of Innovation – Dilemmas, Strategies and Global Challenges says it all: we will discuss conditions and strategies to promote innovative capability and identify future challenges to the worlds of work and economy.

The focus of the conference will lie on the following key questions:

• What transdisciplinary and practice-oriented strategies do exist for enterprises to sustainably strengthen their innovative capability?
• What trends and dilemmas affect tomorrow’s worlds of economy and work?
• What is the role of innovative capability in overcoming global challenges?

The International Conference will take place on October 10-11, 2011 at the SuperC building of RWTH Aachen University.
